Autoplan Studio (autoplan.studio) is a place to write planning domains and problems, run an automated planner on them and look into its plans and search. It is run by the operator of this site, who decides how the data below is used and can be reached at privacy@autoplan.studio.
What is collected
- From Google, when you sign in: your name, your email address and the identifier Google gives your account. Nothing else is asked for, and your password is never seen here.
- What you put in your workspace: the domains, problems and other files you write or upload, and your runs: the task, the planner's output, its search trace and the plan.
- Technical records: your IP address, the pages and requests made and when, in the server's logs, kept to protect the service and to limit how fast any one address can make requests.
Cookies and browser storage
ap_sessionkeeps you signed in, for up to 14 days or until you sign out.ap_signinlasts 10 minutes while you sign in, and stops anyone else from completing your sign-in.- The studio remembers a few display settings, such as a panel's height, in your browser's own storage. They never leave your browser.
There are no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and the pages load nothing from anyone else's servers.
How it is used
Only to provide the studio: to sign you in, keep your workspace, run the planner on your tasks, and protect the service from abuse. Your data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with anyone but the providers below, who process it only to run the service.
Where it is kept, and who processes it
- Scaleway hosts the studio and the planner, in Amsterdam, in the European Union. Your account and workspace are stored there.
- Each run's task is sent to the planner, on a private network within Scaleway, and deleted from it when the run ends.
- Google signs you in. What Google does with your account is set by Google's own privacy policy.
How long it is kept
Your account and your workspace are kept for as long as you use the studio, until you ask for them to be deleted, or until the service closes. Server logs are overwritten as they grow, normally within weeks.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used, by writing to privacy@autoplan.studio. You can download your workspace yourself at any time. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Children
The studio is meant for students and researchers, and is not intended for children under 16.
Changes
